Training and Classes

To get the most out of your membership, you should consider personal training or  participating in classes.  The City Club Men's and Women's Fitness Centers provide an extensive fitness and wellness resource to the Club's roster of services.  The Club's vision is to enable members to achieve their fitness goals in a professional and inviting atmosphere.  City Club's goal is to challenge members to reach their fitness potential and enjoy a long, healthy life.  The Club's professional, certified trainers are available to design and monitor members' individual workouts.  Personal training programs begin with a thorough analysis and establish specific goals that are structured to fulfill members' needs.


City Club offers a large array of various classes throughout the day including complimentary YOGA instruction, boot camp, kettle bell training, ab training and mat pilates.  Other classes and personal training may have a fee.
